As a top-producing mortgage loan officer, Jim has closed over $350 million in financing across seven consecutive years, earning more than 500 online reviews for his exceptional client service and ability to navigate complex deals.
Jim completed the rigorous Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) coursework and holds deep expertise in financial strategy, capital structuring, and business growth. His background spans residential lending, commercial finance, real estate investment, and helping hundreds of business owners secure the capital they need to scale.
